About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Business Associate – SEM to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for client accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in search engine marketing, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), preferably with exposure to D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize day-to-day Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign formats.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve business objectives and client KPIs.
• Manage Google Merchant Center (GMC), including product feed monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, impressions, conversions, and revenue.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search query analysis.
• Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, ad copies, keywords,



and audience targeting.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with Google Ads developments, automation features, and AI-powered marketing tools. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and GA4.
• Understanding of Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Experience managing D2C campaigns is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance marketing metrics.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, including MCPs (Model Context Protocol), is preferred.
• Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Background Candidates from digital marketing agencies with a strong D2C portfolio or performance marketing teams at established D2C brands.
