Key Responsibilities
• Lead D365 Finance solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Participate in end-to-end D365 Finance implementation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend best practice solutions.
• Own finance workstreams including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
• Translate finance business processes into D365 solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reporting, security
• Support user acceptance testing, training, change management, and production support activities.
• Work closely with global finance and supply chain teams to improve business processes.
• Provide solution governance and ensure adherence to Microsoft and company standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to ERP strategy and roadmap planning. Responsibilities Required Experience & Skills




• 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance experience.
• Must have completed at least 2 end-to-end D365 Finance implementations.
• Solid functional expertise in core finance modules and financial processes.
• Experience with business requirements gathering fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of other D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules is a strong advantage.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, Power Platform, and reporting tools is preferred. Qualifications Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or CA.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification preferred.
