PAN India Work Mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Full time Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SOMT Solution Architect with strong expertise in telecom solutions, particularly Sales and Order Management for Telecommunications (SOMT). The candidate will lead end-to-end architecture and design scalable telecom order management solutions integrated with complex BSS/OSS ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow SOMT implementations.
• Design telecom order capture, decomposition, orchestration and fulfillment workflows.
• Architect telecom product catalogs, commercial offerings, customer orders and service orders.
• Design integrations with CRM, CPQ, billing, provisioning, inventory and other BSS/OSS platforms.
• Define technical architecture, data models, integration patterns and reusable components.
• Align solutions with TM Forum standards and Open APIs.
• Lead technical workshops, solution design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Guide developers, business analysts and integration teams.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security and ServiceNow best practices.




• Support presales, estimations, POCs and implementation roadmaps. Mandatory Skills
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
• Practical ServiceNow SOMT / Telecommunications Service Management implementation experience.
• Strong telecom order management and fulfillment lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience designing telecom BSS/OSS integrations.
• Expertise in REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, scripting and ServiceNow integration architecture.
• Understanding of telecom product and service catalog models.
• Experience in order orchestration, decomposition and exception handling.
• Strong stakeholder management and solution documentation skills. Preferred Skills
• TM Forum Open APIs: TMF620, TMF622, TMF641 and TMF638.
• ServiceNow CSM, Order Management and Telecommunications Service Management.
• Telecom experience with CSPs, network operators or telecom solution providers.
• CRM, CPQ, billing, service inventory and provisioning platforms.
• ServiceNow CSA, CIS or Certified Technical Architect certifications.
