• Work Mode: Work from Office Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in sheet metal design, tubing design, plastic component design, and reverse engineering. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the complete design engineering lifecycle, from initial concept development to final design release, using PLM tools. The role also involves reverse engineering of HVAC units and developing accurate mechanical design solutions in line with project requirements. Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop mechanical design concepts and convert them into detailed engineering designs.
• Perform sheet metal component design, including part modelling and detailing.
• Design and develop tubing components and assemblies based on product requirements.
• Create and modify plastic component designs for HVAC applications.
• Perform reverse engineering of HVAC units and their mechanical components.
• Manage the complete design lifecycle, from concept development to final design release.
• Work with PLM tools for engineering data management, design documentation, and release activities.
• Ensure design accuracy and adherence to engineering specifications and project requirements.




• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely completion of design deliverables. Required Skills
• 3 5 years of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in sheet metal design.
• Good knowledge of tubing design and component development.
• Experience in plastic component design.
• Practical experience in reverse engineering of mechanical components or HVAC units.
• Understanding of concept development, 3D modelling, detailing, and design release processes.
• Working knowledge of PLM tools and engineering design documentation. Note: Candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant mechanical design experience and positive technical skills can also be considered. Preferred / Desired Skills
• Experience in HVAC product design or related mechanical engineering applications.
• Exposure to reverse engineering of HVAC units.
• Hands-on experience with PLM tools and design release activities.
• Teamcenter experience will be an added advantage. Soft Skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective planning and execution of engineering deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
