About the Role
VisionPLUS Developer to support our team in developing and maintaining critical applications across card management systems, with opportunities to work in both offshore and onsite environments. Basic Role Work on development and support of VisionPLUS card management system. Help build, test, and maintain applications. Learn and follow best practices from senior team members. Core Skills Needed 10+ years of experience in VisionPLUS. Experience in at least one module: FAS, CMS, or VMx. Basic knowledge of: CICS Batch processing (JCL) Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support development and bug fixing.
Assist in running and monitoring batch jobs. Troubleshoot issues with guidance. Work closely with team members to complete tasks. Onsite Responsibilities (if required) Communicate with clients and understand their needs. Convert business requirements into technical solutions. Attend meetings and provide updates. Coordinate work between onsite and offshore teams. Support deployments and production releases. Handle critical issues quickly. Ensure project follows standards, security, and SLAs. Document work and share knowledge with team. Suggest improvements and automation ideas.
