Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (SPOC) with a strong background in information security management and cybersecurity operations. The selected candidate will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the Purchaser and Managed Service Provider (MSP), ensuring smooth coordination, effective communication, and timely resolution of user queries and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage information security operations for large organizations or departments.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Purchaser and MSP.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve user queries, concerns, and operational issues.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations and ensure effective project execution.




• Manage project-related activities, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure smooth information security service delivery. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing information security for large organizations/departments.
• Graduate or Master's degree from a recognized university.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Additional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CEH will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations.
• Robust project management and coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to act as an effective SPOC between the Purchaser, MSP, and end users.
