Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media activities across multiple platforms. In this role, the individual will create and schedule content, manage social media calendars, and optimize posts for reach and engagement. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams for campaign requirements, tracking performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The Social Media Manager will also respond to audience interactions, maintain brand voice,



and support online advertising and lead generation initiatives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for planning and managing campaigns.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for crafting clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy to plan, organize, and optimize content across platforms.
• Candidates should have familiarity with major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), analytics tools, and basic reporting.
• Candidates should demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
