• Assist in day-to-day quality inspection activities across the manufacturing process.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products as per quality standards.
• Use measuring instruments such as Micrometres, Vernier Callipers, Height Gauges, and Dial Gauges for dimensional inspection.
• Record inspection results and maintain quality-related documents and reports.
• Support the Quality team in identifying and resolving product and process quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement, 5S, and quality enhancement activities.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to address quality concerns.
• Learn and adapt to quality systems,



inspection methods, and manufacturing processes.
• Work in shifts as per business and operational requirements. Profile & Requirements

E./B.
Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Freshers preferred with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the Quality function.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to use quality measuring instruments such as Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, etc.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and adaptability to current processes.
• Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cutting tool manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
