Role Description The Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer will work in office in Rajkot in a full-time capacity, creating detailed technical and construction drawings for hydraulic scrap baling presses and related equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing 2D and 3D CAD models, preparing and revising design layouts, and ensuring that drawings comply with engineering specifications and industry standards. The role involves collaborating closely with design engineers, production teams, and quality professionals to translate concepts into manufacturable designs.
The CAD Designer will also assist in updating documentation, maintaining design files, and supporting continuous improvement of product design and manufacturing processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Design Engineering.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Fusion360, or similar tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical components, and industrial machinery.
• Attention to detail, ability to read and interpret engineering specifications, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple design tasks.
