1)Create and manage user profiles, sessions, and database accounts. 2)Assign role-based security, access permissions, and authorization templates. 3)Integrate user management via Infor OS or Ming.le. 4)Monitor system performance and execute performance tuning. 5)Schedule and run routine background jobs, data updates, and table reorganizations. 6)Review system logs, track free disk space, and manage backup/recovery schedules. 7)Resolve application errors, data bottlenecks, and user-reported bugs. 8)Coordinate directly with Infor Support for patches, service packs, and bug fixes. 9)Perform root cause analysis for recurring system or integration glitches.
