About the role

Responsibilities:
LEADERSHIP & CORPORATE EXPECTATIONS +Demonstrate GRC leadership expectations and behaviours. +Support the enterprise-wide approach to regulatory compliance and governance. +Strong written and verbal communication skills.



+Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. +Confidence to work autonomously to directly solve issues, challenge the status quo and to know when escalation is appropriate. +Deliver work against agreed timelines and quality standards. +Effectively collaborate with peers and stakeholders across GRC, and other functions as required, to support effective delivery of their work scopes. +Industry knowledge with ability to challenge the status quo. TECHNICAL +Have knowledge of the Regulatory Compliance Process documents within OurWMS +Govern regulatory compliance data in alignment with internal guidelines updating and maintenance of risk and control data and records in core GRC systems +Prepare routine and adhoc regulatory compliance reporting for stakeholders within GRC and other functions and business units. This includes preparation of powerpoint slide packs as required. +Conduct regulatory compliance master data analysis to identify data gaps, inconsistencies and non-compliances +Support the simplification, use, and monitoring of GRC systems and tools to enhance compliance visibility and performance. +Analyse trends in regulatory changes and non-compliance events to identify improvement opportunities.



+Manage and update operational dashboards and process adherence monitoring. +Derive insights from trends both in regulatory changes and non-compliance events and distil it for knowledge sharing and improvement opportunities.
