Role Description The Associate District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position oversees sales and business development activities within the assigned district, including managing key accounts, building new customer relationships, and promoting the company’s mining and metals solutions. The role includes planning and executing territory strategies, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer service. The Associate District Manager coordinates with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales support, and prepares regular performance reports and forecasts for leadership.



The role also involves field visits, relationship-building with distributors and partners, and adherence to all regulatory and safety guidelines. Qualifications
• Experience in sales, business development, or territory management, preferably in mining, metals, industrial products, or related sectors.
• Strong skills in relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to analyze market data, prepare sales plans, and track performance against targets.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and report writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
• Comfort with on-site and field work, including frequent local travel within the district.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical and safe business practices.
• Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas is beneficial.
