4 to 8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to support our business development initiatives in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Staffing, Recruitment, or Workforce Solutions and a proven track record of identifying and generating qualified leads. The role requires robust research capabilities, prospect identification, data mining, and lead qualification skills to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate qualified leads from the US market through various channels.
• Research target companies, decision makers, hiring managers, and procurement contacts.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and account mapping to identify new business opportunities.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, job boards, and other platforms for lead generation.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements and potential opportunities.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.




• Collaborate with internal teams to understand target market requirements.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets. Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, or US Staffing.
• Preferred preference for candidates from the Staffing/Recruitment Industry.
• Good understanding of the US staffing and workforce solutions market.
• Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, research, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in US Staffing, Recruitment Consulting, IT Staffing, or Workforce Solutions organizations is highly preferred.
