Job Description
The Territory Manager – Sales (Projects) will be responsible for expanding NEDS' footprint in the Hyderabad market by securing and managing large‑scale electrical and digital system projects. Reporting to the L7 – IN – LEGRAND Project Sales department, you will leverage your construction material sales expertise and existing developer relationships to achieve revenue targets and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities
• Identify and secure recent project opportunities in the Hyderabad territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, contractors, and architects.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for electrical and digital system projects.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure project execution.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues affecting timelines or budgets.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.




• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive positioning.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project sales experience in the construction material industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in project‑based environments.
• Strong network of developers and key decision‑makers in Hyderabad.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications of electrical and digital systems.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Fluency in English and Telugu (or Hindi) preferred.
