Role Description The Associate – Supply Ops (Blue Collar) role is a full time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. This role focuses on managing the supply side of the platform, including hiring, onboarding, coordinating, and supporting nannies to ensure a reliable and high-quality childcare network. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling operational workflows, assisting with documentation and verification processes, updating records in internal systems, and monitoring performance metrics for the nanny network. The Associate will communicate regularly with nannies to resolve issues,



provide guidance on platform usage, and ensure high standards of professionalism and service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes, improve supply operations, and support scalable trust infrastructure. Qualifications
• Candidates with 2-5 years of experience should possess strong Operations skills for managing workflows, coordinating supply activities, and handling on-ground processes.
• Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage respectfully with nannies and address queries or concerns effectively.
• Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to track performance, interpret operational data, and suggest improvements.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools and platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, mobile apps) is beneficial.
• Previous experience in field operations, blue-collar workforce management, or service delivery environments is an advantage.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional vocational or undergraduate education in business, operations, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain accuracy in documentation, and adhere to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices.
