This role involves conducting live and virtual product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients, clearly explaining product features, benefits, and use cases. The person in this position collaborates with sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements, tailor demos, and support pre-sales activities. Daily responsibilities include preparing demo scripts, setting up demo environments, responding to product-related queries, and collecting feedback to improve presentations. The role also includes maintaining a robust understanding of product updates, documenting demo best practices,



and supporting training sessions for internal teams when required. Qualifications
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, user-friendly language.
• Customer-facing skills, including active listening, relationship building, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Basic technical aptitude and comfort working with software products, product configurations, and demo environments.
• Sales and pre-sales support skills, such as understanding client needs and aligning demos to business objectives.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple demo requests, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., presentation software, video conferencing platforms, CRM tools).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in product demos, customer success, or sales support in a technology or digital solutions environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving product landscape.
