- Influencer Relationship Management Our Mission: ? Consumer trust has shifted to influencers. Our mission is to enable the next marketing unlock for brands via influencers. We make influencers a significant part of their revenue-driving engine. Our Vision: Why We’re Building the Ads Manager for Influencer Media. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAriRYlhT-k) We help DTC brands build Predictable Influence in their markets by owning relationships with creators instead of renting attention through ads or agencies. We’re not yet another “influencer platform.” We’re building a new category, one where brands own their creator community, measure ROI in dollars (not views), and turn creators into compounding growth channels. What You'll Own We’re going to be specific, because vague
job description
s attract vague people. Content
• You own the content calendar. Every blog post, newsletter issue, webinar, social post that goes out with SARAL's name on it, you've decided it belongs there.
• You brief our writer. You work with our SEO consultant. You edit everything before it goes live. You'll have support, but the judgment call is yours.
• This means you need to have taste. You need to know when a brief is weak and rewrite it. You need to read a draft and know what's missing. You need to care whether a post is genuinely practical to our ICP reader or just ticking a keyword box.
• You'll plan what we cover 4-6 weeks out. You'll make sure we're not just publishing for the sake of it. You'll track what's working and change course when it isn't.
• We've also started working on AEO getting SARAL to show up in AI-generated answers. This is early, and there's no playbook yet. You'll pick this up, figure out what works, and build the approach as you go. If you've never done this before but you're curious about it, that's fine. If you've never done this before and you're not curious about it, that's a problem. Partnerships
• You find the right people to partner with. You figure out why it's worth their time and ours.
• You write the outreach and follow up. You manage the relationship through the placement and after it: the check-in before it goes live, the follow-up when it does, the report when it's done.
• B2B co-marketing, podcast sponsorships, newsletter placements, webinar collabs, agency relationships
- everything is on the table if you can make a case for it. You'll know when something is worth pursuing and when it isn't.
• You'll build a pipeline of partnership conversations, keep it moving, and make sure we're getting value from every placement we pay for or trade for. Website, CRO & Lead Qualification
• You look at our website, and you see what's not working. Where visitors land and leave without doing anything. What copy isn't landing. What we should be testing.
• Form a hypothesis, build the test, read the results, and move.
• You don’t have to be a Webflow developer, but you need to either be or become comfortable with Webflow. Don't wait for someone to hold your hand before making a change.
• Beyond conversion, you own the lead qualification workflow. That means lead scoring, qualification logic, nudges at the right point in the funnel, basically making sure the leads that hit sales are worth their time. This is part CRO, part ops, and it matters a lot to how the business runs.
• The goal here is: more of the right people should take an action when they land on our site. You own figuring out how to get there. Full-stack growth ownership
• Bring ideas → make the case for them → get buy-in → launch → own the outcome. Nobody is going to hand you a plan. You're expected to build it, present it, execute it, and come back with what happened. If it worked, great
- do more. If it didn't, say why and what you'd do differently.
• You'll be across experiments, campaigns, channel tests,
whatever it takes. You'll know what's happening with traffic, leads, and conversion at any given point. You'll flag problems before someone else notices them. What this job is really, really like
• Things move fast at SARAL. Some weeks will feel like a lot. You'll need to make calls before you have all the info, because waiting for perfect information means nothing ships.
• You'll be expected to have opinions and defend them. If you think we're spending time on the wrong thing, say it. If you think a piece of content is weak, say that too. We'd rather discuss it out and get to the right answer than have everyone agree and produce something mediocre.
• This is not a passive job. There's no one standing over the calendar making sure things go out on time. There's no one checking whether your partnership pipeline has stalled. That accountability sits with you.
• The team is small, and the output per person is high. If that sounds like something you want, keep reading. Who works well here
• People who've done well here are curious about the work as well as the outcome.
• They read things even if it’s not asked of them / is not directly related to their job, because they want to know what's going on in the industry.
• They have a point of view on what good content looks like and they'll tell you when something isn't there yet.
• They write like a person. Their briefs are clear.
• They move fast, but they're not sloppy. They know the difference between shipping an MVP version because speed matters and shipping something half-baked because they ran out of patience.
• They ask good questions before they start and come back with what they found. They don't need to be checked on. Hard requirements
• 3+ years in a growth or marketing role where you owned something: a channel, function, or a campaign end-to-end.
• You've managed a content calendar before.
• You've done outreach and partnerships before.
• You've edited other people's work and made it better.
• You can write without using AI. This is a non-negotiable. We will ask you to write as part of the process, and we will know.
• You're comfortable with tools: HubSpot, Webflow, basic Figma and Canva, basic analytics. You don't need to be an expert, but you should know your way around.
• You're remote but available and responsive during IST hours. To apply If you've made it this far, SARAL might just be the right fit for you. If you'd like to apply, drop us an email at
