The firm also manages registration and regular compliance for NGOs and non-profit organizations, ensuring alignment with income tax requirements. Role Description The Article Trainee will support the firm’s chartered accountants in day-to-day client service and compliance activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include assisting with bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and working on Income Tax and GST returns and related documentation. The trainee will help in drafting responses for tax notices, supporting litigation cases, and maintaining accurate records and working papers. The role also involves research on tax laws and accounting standards, supporting NGO and non-profit registrations and compliances, and coordinating with team members to meet filing deadlines.



The Article Trainee will be expected to learn and apply skilled standards, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic taxation concepts.
• Ability to work with Income Tax and GST-related data, returns, and compliance documentation.
• Interest in international taxation, IFRS, and Ind AS, with willingness to learn and apply standards.
• Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to support advisory and litigation work.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting or ERP software; comfort with digital documentation and e-filing portals.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple assignments under supervision.
• Currently pursuing or having completed initial stages of CA or related professional qualifications (such as B.
Com with intent to pursue CA) is preferred.
