• Analyze source system data structures and define migration strategies.
• Extract, transform, cleanse, and load data from SAP and other enterprise systems into Snowflake and Databricks.
• Perform data profiling, data quality assessments, and reconciliation activities.
• Design and develop migration frameworks, ETL/ELT pipelines, and automation scripts.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and data architects to identify migration requirements.
• Execute trial migrations, mock loads, and production cutovers.
• Validate migrated data through reconciliation, exception handling, and business sign-off processes.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize data loading performance.
