About Flowzo Flowzo develops business software that helps companies manage customer relationships, sales, marketing and customer engagement. Our products include CRM, WhatsApp marketing and automation, email sequencing and business calling solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic Digital Marketing Interns who want to learn how to promote software products, create useful content, generate business enquiries and measure marketing results. About the internship You will work with our marketing, sales and product teams to understand customer needs and communicate how Flowzo’s products can help businesses. This opportunity suits candidates who enjoy writing, social media, design, research or analytics and want to build practical experience in B2B digital marketing. Responsibilities will be assigned based on your skills and learning progress.

Key responsibilities
1. Social media marketing
- Assist in planning and maintaining a social media content calendar.
- Create and publish approved content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels.
- Develop ideas for educational posts, product highlights, carousels and short videos.
- Monitor engagement and identify topics that interest our target customers. 2. Content creation
- Draft social media captions, blog articles, email content and website copy.
- Explain product features through clear business use cases.
- Create marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist with product demonstrations, video scripts and promotional content.
- Use AI tools to support research and drafting, while checking accuracy and originality. 3. Search engine optimisation
- Research keywords relevant to our products and target industries.
- Assist with page titles, descriptions, headings and internal links.




- Identify opportunities to improve existing website content.
- Track search performance and prepare basic SEO reports under guidance. 4. Campaign support
- Assist with the preparation of Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Research audiences, keywords and advertising ideas.
- Help prepare campaign copy, creatives and landing page content.
- Monitor campaign results and compile reports under supervision. 5. Email marketing, webinars and lead generation
- Assist in preparing email campaigns, newsletters and webinar invitations.
- Research relevant industries, companies and customer segments.
- Support webinar promotion, registrations and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to record and track marketing enquiries in CRM. 6. Marketing analytics
- Track website visits, social media engagement, enquiries and conversions.
- Maintain simple campaign reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Compare content and campaign performance.
- Suggest improvements based on results and team feedback. Who can apply?
- Candidates pursuing or recently completing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, English, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Graduates from other disciplines with a strong interest in digital marketing are also welcome.
- Candidates available for a work-from-office internship in Chennai.
- Applicants willing to learn, meet deadlines and take ownership of assigned work. Essential skills

- Design and video: Canva, CapCut or other editing tools.
- SEO and analytics: Google Analytics, Google Search Console and keyword research tools.
- Advertising Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Marketing operations: Email marketing platforms, CRM systems or WhatsApp Business tools.
- AI-assisted marketing: Tools for content ideas, research and creative production. Academic projects, personal blogs, college campaigns, social media pages and sample creatives can demonstrate your interest and ability. What you will learn

- How to turn product features into customer-focused content.
- How social media, SEO, advertising and email campaigns support lead generation.
- How marketing and sales teams work together through CRM.
- How to measure results and improve marketing activities.
- How to use marketing and AI tools responsibly, with human review. Performance and full-time opportunity Your performance will be assessed on:

- Ability to interpret results and suggest useful improvements. Interns who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for a paid, full-time Digital Marketing role, subject to available openings and business requirements. Full-time conversion is not guaranteed.
