We are expanding and seeking a dedicated backend specialist to support our sales operations. Role OverviewThe candidate will manage all activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform and provide backend support for the sales function, including work on Zoho whenever required. The role will involve close coordination with the internal sales team and will work under the guidance of the company's sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage, update, and monitor GeM portal activities, including product listings, bids, compliance, orders, and documentation.
• Provide backend support to the sales channel across India.




• Maintain 100% accuracy in GeM data, pricing, product specifications, and catalog compliance.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams for bid-related documentation and submissions.
• Handle Zoho CRM/backend tasks for data entry, updates, reporting, and sales support.
• Support MIS, follow-ups, and overall backend coordination.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with robust attention to detail.
• Assist in testing new machine software updates when required. What We’re Looking For
• Strong hands-on experience with the GeM portal (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM/Zoho backend (preferred).
• Excellent documentation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
