Experience:
3–6 Years Industry: ICM / Electronics Manufacturing We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist with experience in sourcing and procurement within the ICM, electronics, semiconductor, EMS, or discrete manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new suppliers.
• Handle RFQs, quotation analysis, and price negotiations.
• Source electronic components, raw materials, and manufacturing requirements.
• Develop alternate suppliers and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Planning teams.
• Maintain sourcing and procurement records in SAP/ERP. Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience.
• Robust negotiation and supplier management skills.
• SAP/ERP and MS Excel knowledge preferred.
• Experience in ICM / Electronics / Semiconductor / EMS manufacturing will be an advantage.
