B-132, Anand Vihar Colony, Delhi – 110092, India Workplace Type: In office Position Type: ICAI Articleship / Practical Training Training Duration: As prescribed under applicable ICAI regulations (i.e. 2 years) Stipend: Paid monthly stipend of ₹12,000 & ₹14,000 for year 1 & 2 respectively, in accordance with applicable ICAI requirements Working Days and Hours: Monday to Saturday (10AM to 7PM) About the Firm Peeyush Aggarwal & Co. is a Chartered Accountancy practice providing professional services in taxation, accounting, regulatory compliance and related advisory matters. We are inviting applications from CA Intermediate-qualified students who are eligible to commence their Articleship training in accordance with the regulations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Our objective is to provide practical professional exposure through supervised assignments, structured learning and active involvement in client-related work.

Key Responsibilities
The selected Articled Assistant will work under the guidance and supervision of qualified professionals and may be involved in the following areas: 1. Goods and Services Tax (GST)
• Assisting in GST return preparation, reconciliations and compliance.
• Supporting GST advisory assignments, departmental notices and litigation-related documentation. 2. Direct Taxation
• Assisting in income tax return preparation, tax computations and TDS compliance.
• Supporting assessments, appeals, advisory assignments and preparation of submissions. 3. Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Assisting in bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations and finalization of accounts.
• Preparing schedules and supporting the preparation of financial statements. 4. Corporate and Regulatory Compliance
• Assisting with Companies Act, 2013 compliance, ROC filings and related documentation. 5. Financial and Investment-Related Exposure




• Learning about Indian capital markets, financial analysis and investment-related advisory work, where relevant to the firm’s assignments. 6. Technology and Professional Development
• Using accounting and compliance software and appropriate AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Developing professional communication, analytical and client-interaction skills. The nature and allocation of assignments will depend on client requirements, training objectives and applicable ICAI regulations. Eligibility and Qualifications Applicants should:
• Have passed the CA Intermediate examination and meet applicable ICAI eligibility requirements for Articleship registration.
• Possess a basic understanding of accounting, taxation and financial reporting.
• Have working knowledge of MS Excel and standard office applications.
• Demonstrate professional ethics, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
