Speech & Drama Coordinator

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Type: Full Time Responsibilities
• Oversee Speech & Drama programmes across multiple schools and colleges, ensuring smooth execution and effective curriculum delivery.
• Design and develop age-appropriate curriculum, structured lesson plans, and engaging activities aligned with programme objectives.
• Conduct school visits to observe sessions, evaluate trainer performance, and maintain programme quality.
• Coordinate with schools, trainers, and internal teams regarding schedules, substitutions, and operational requirements.
• Supervise theatrical productions, Annual Days, and showcases, including scripting, rehearsals, direction, and stage execution.
• Maintain observation reports, performance trackers, curriculum documentation, and programme records. Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, Drama, Education, or a related field preferred.




• Prior experience as a Speech & Drama Trainer in academic institutions is preferred.
• Solid understanding of theatre, performance techniques, curriculum development, and lesson planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and team-management skills. Additional Notes
• Regular travel to academic institutions across Mumbai and other locations in India will be required.
• A minimum commitment of one year is expected from the selected candidate.
• Flexibility to work beyond regular hours may be required during rehearsals, Annual Days, theatrical productions, and final showcases.
• The candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple school programmes and meeting curriculum and production deadlines.
