• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, offshore, or oil & gas projects.
• Experience working in EPC/EPCM environments .
• Experience on refinery, petrochemical, LNG, fertilizer, offshore platforms, FPSO, and industrial infrastructure projects with BIM LOD 300/350/400 development and coordination.
• International Building Code (IBC)
• NFPA Standards
• OSHA Requirements
• IFC Requirements
• Local Building Regulations
• Saudi Aramco, Shell, ADNOC, QatarEnergy, ExxonMobil, Chevron or similar client standards (preferred)
• Proficiency in:
• Revit Architecture
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks Manage
• BIM 360 / ACC
• Microsoft Office
