Purpose: As the role holder, your primary responsibility is to assess educational materials, such as textbooks, lesson plans, and online resources developed by the team to ensure they meet quality standards, align with educational objectives, and adhere to curriculum guidelines. This role will also require occasionally contributing to writing curriculum as well. Role and

responsibilities:
• Ensure timely delivery of all curriculum volumes across different boards.
• Establish volume-wise deadlines for curriculum readiness, including lesson plans and assessments, across all middle school grades and subjects.
• Integrate digital practice content into the overall curriculum delivery.
• Review textbooks, lesson plans, worksheets, digital resources, and other educational materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment of curriculum materials with curriculum standards, educational objectives, and learning outcomes.
• Identify gaps, errors, and inconsistencies in content and instructional design.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, curriculum developers, and instructional designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve curriculum materials.




• Communicate effectively with team members to address concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on current trends, best practices, and advancements in education, curriculum development, and instructional design.
• Conduct research to gather relevant information and resources to support curriculum evaluation and improvement.
• Ensure curriculum materials meet quality standards for content accuracy, instructional clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in content, formatting, and presentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum review processes and standards to enhance the quality and effectiveness of educational materials.
• Conduct monthly team training sessions to equip team members for new initiatives and strengthen their capabilities in current roles.
• Guide and support team members in achieving their deliverables.
• Foster a positive learning setting and healthy team culture to improve employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:
• Masters and B.
Ed with minimum 10 to 15 years of experience teaching/ curriculum development, at least 3years of which should be in managing a team of curriculum developers
