We are looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, momentum and ownership to our projects ensuring that work moves seamlessly from planning to execution and delivery. The RoleAs a Project Manager at Plum Insights, you will be responsible for coordinating projects end-to-end, keeping teams and stakeholders aligned, and ensuring that every project is delivered efficiently, on time and to the expected standard of quality. This is a hands-on role that calls for more than task tracking and coordination. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, anticipates challenges, finds solutions and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure things get done. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities and figuring things out independently, without needing to be told what to do at every step. The ideal candidate is proactive, agile and resourceful, someone who takes genuine ownership of their work and is invested in making every project successful.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality. 2. Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Service clients in a timely, responsive and detail-oriented manner, ensuring their requests, queries and requirements are addressed thoroughly and professionally.

• Ensure that everyone involved has the information,

clarity and resources needed to deliver their responsibilities.
• Follow up consistently on pending tasks, dependencies and deliverables, taking ownership of closing loops rather than waiting for others to act.
• Communicate updates, risks and changes clearly and in a timely manner. 3. Problem-Solving & On-Ground Execution
• Take a hands-on approach to resolving operational challenges and unexpected situations that arise during projects.
• Think on your feet, identify practical solutions and adapt plans when circumstances change.
• Be resourceful in working with available time, people and resources to keep projects on track.
• Escalate issues when necessary, but always come prepared with possible solutions and a clear view of the next steps. 4. Quality & Delivery Management
• Ensure that project deliverables are accurate, complete, well-organised and delivered to the expected standard.
• Maintain clear documentation, trackers, schedules and project records.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies or potential issues early and take responsibility for getting them resolved.
• Build checks and follow-through into the project process so that important details do not fall through the cracks. 5. Process Improvement

• Identify recurring challenges and develop practical ways to prevent them from happening again.
• Take initiative in improving systems, processes and coordination practices as the organisation evolves. What We Are Looking ForOwnership and proactiveness You do not wait for instructions for every next step. You take responsibility for outcomes, anticipate what needs attention and act before being prompted. You see a task through to completion rather than considering it done once your part is finished. A problem-solving mindset When something does not go according to plan, your first instinct is to figure out how to resolve it. You can work through ambiguity,

weigh alternatives and find practical solutions instead of getting stuck on what is not working. Agility and resourcefulness You are adaptable, quick to respond and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You can think on your feet, reprioritise when needed and find ways forward even when time, information or resources are limited. Commitment and intention You bring focus, energy and genuine dedication to your work. You care about the outcome, pay attention to the details and understand that successful execution often depends on the effort and thought you put in beyond the obvious requirements of a task. You can manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of deadlines, dependencies or the finer details that make a difference to project quality. Explicit communication and collaboration You communicate proactively, follow up without hesitation and keep people informed. You can work with different personalities and teams while ensuring that expectations, responsibilities and next steps remain clear. Independence with good judgement You are comfortable taking the lead on day-to-day execution, while recognising when to seek inputs, flag risks or escalate decisions. You know how to balance independent problem-solving with effective collaboration. Experience & Qualifications
