Candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting products and services, conducting field visits, building customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets within their designated territories. ###
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
- Promote products and services through direct customer interaction.
- Conduct field visits within the assigned territory.
- Acquire new customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Explain product features, perks, and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain customer records and provide regular sales updates.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned location. ### Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Intermediate completed).
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence or Learner’s Licence required.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- A positive attitude and customer-focused approach. ### Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in retail sales, field sales, direct sales, or customer acquisition.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented individuals.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in the field.
