Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end functional implementation of D365 F&O; Asset Management.
• Gather business requirements and conduct As-Is / To-Be process workshops.
• Configure Asset Management, asset hierarchies, functional locations, work orders and maintenance plans.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance schedules, requests, rounds and counters.
• Support integration with Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain and Finance modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
• Lead SIT, UAT, user training, data migration and go-live support.
• Align D365 F&O; solutions with plant, equipment and operational maintenance processes. Must-Have
Skills:
• 10+ years of ERP / Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in D365 F&O; Asset Management.
• Experience in mining, metals, oil & gas, utilities or manufacturing.
• Robust understanding of equipment, plant and maintenance management.
• Expertise in D365 configuration, requirements gathering and UAT.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with offshore and onshore teams. Good to Have:
• Mining and heavy-equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of fixed-plant and mobile-equipment maintenance.
• Spare parts and inventory management.
• D365 F&O; certification.
• Experience with integrations, data migration and large-scale ERP implementations.
