The organization is committed to empowering learners with practical, industry-relevant training. Role Description The Maths Mentor is a full time, on-site role based in Karur. This role involves teaching and mentoring students in core mathematics concepts relevant to aptitude tests, campus placements, and competitive exams. The Maths Mentor will design and deliver engaging lessons, create practice problems and mock tests, and clarify doubts in both group sessions and one-on-one interactions. The role includes evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to different learning levels.



The Maths Mentor will also collaborate with the academic team to refine curricula, contribute to learning materials, and support workshops or bootcamps focused on quantitative skills. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in mathematics, particularly in topics such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, probability, and data interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex quantitative concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging manner.
• Experience in mentoring or teaching students for placement exams, aptitude tests, or competitive examinations.
• Ability to design practice sets, assessments, and learning resources tailored to different proficiency levels.
• Excellent communication skills and a learner-centered approach to classroom and small-group instruction.
• Comfort with using digital tools (presentations, online platforms, learning management systems) to support teaching.
• Collaborative mindset to work with other mentors and academic staff to improve content and delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline; prior experience in training or education is an advantage.
