Wakad, Pune | Full-time | ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month LOTL Infra is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with experience in the Furniture & Interior Industry. We’re looking for someone who understands the world of furniture, interiors, design brands and client relationships. You’ll be the first face and voice of LOTL Infra when connecting with furniture brands, interior designers, architects and industry partners. Your ability to communicate, build relationships and identify business opportunities will play an important role in our growth. What You’ll Do ? Identify and research furniture brands, interior design firms, architects, manufacturers and potential business partners. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with furniture showrooms, interior brands and industry professionals. ? Research brands and potential clients before outreach, and brief management before every meeting. ? Schedule meetings and manage follow-ups for the leadership team. ? Represent LOTL Infra at furniture exhibitions, interior design events, trade shows and industry gatherings. ? Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and support strategic partnerships. ? Understand market trends,



competitor activities and opportunities within the furniture and interior industry. What We’re Looking For ? Industry Knowledge: Experience working with furniture showrooms, interior brands, modular furniture companies, home decor brands or architectural product companies. ? Smart Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi is a plus. ? Relationship Building: Ability to connect confidently with architects, interior designers, business owners and senior professionals. ? Business Mindset: Strong research skills, curiosity and the ability to identify business opportunities. ? Professional Presence: Confident, presentable and comfortable representing the company at meetings and industry events. Who Can Apply?
