Role Description As an Omni Sport Advisor at Decathlon, you will be responsible for welcoming and advising customers on a wide range of sports, helping them choose the right products and solutions for their individual needs and goals. You will demonstrate products, share practical sport knowledge, and provide coaching tips to enhance customers’ confidence and enjoyment of physical activity. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, ensuring stock availability, and contributing to merchandising and in-store events that promote sport and wellbeing.



You will collaborate with teammates to deliver an engaging and inclusive store experience, support after-sales service, and uphold safety and store operational standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Physical Education, with an understanding of sports science or fitness principles.
• Experience in Coaching, Sports Coaching, or mentoring individuals or groups in any sport or physical activity.
• Skills in Sports Training, including planning or supporting training sessions, drills, or practice routines.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to listen, explain products clearly, and engage diverse customers.
• Passion for sport and active lifestyle, with hands-on participation in one or more sports.
• Customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
• Previous experience in retail or sport-related roles and basic proficiency with digital tools or POS systems is an advantage.
