• Bachelor's Degree in B.
Com, BBA, or any relevant field.

Experience:
• 2–3 years of mandatory experience in tender documentation, bid preparation, or tendering activities.

Job Description
The selected candidates will be responsible for analysing tender notifications, verifying eligibility criteria, preparing bid documentation, and ensuring the timely submission of bids through various government and private e-procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and analyse suitable tenders from government and private procurement portals.
• Review eligibility criteria, scope of work, and other tender conditions.
• Prepare and organise technical and financial bid documents.




• Upload and submit bids through GeM, CPP, and other e-procurement portals within stipulated timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for information, documentation, and approvals.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid outcomes, and correspondence.
• Monitor tender results and follow up on post-submission requirements and clarifications. Required Skills
• Knowledge of tendering processes and government e-procurement systems.
• Robust analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, along with PDF handling.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
