Key Responsibilities
 Identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B clients in target markets.  Pitch MantraCare’s EAP and wellness solutions to HR and business leaders.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.  Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.  Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize client engagement.



 Track and report performance metrics using CRM and outreach tools. Desired Candidate Profile  Up to 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented mind-set.  Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.  Strong interest in HR tech, employee wellbeing, and corporate wellness.  Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility and ownership.
