We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Associate to strengthen our digital presence, execute marketing campaigns, and support B2B lead generation initiatives. Role Overview The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities across social media, search engines, email campaigns, and digital advertising platforms. The role requires a combination of content creation, campaign execution, analytical skills, and an understanding of B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Marketing
• Manage company social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Develop monthly content calendars and plan social media campaigns.
• Create engaging posts, creatives, and content to improve brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor audience engagement and social media performance. 2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search visibility.
• Publish blogs and track organic traffic and keyword performance. 3. Paid Digital Marketing
• Support the planning and execution of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Assist with audience targeting, campaign setup, budget monitoring, and optimization.
• Track campaign performance, conversions, and cost per lead.
• Support B2B lead generation campaigns. 4. Email Marketing
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Prepare campaign content and manage email distribution lists.
• Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and campaign engagement.
• Support lead nurturing and follow-up campaigns. 5. Content Development and Branding
• Create marketing content, case studies, presentations,



and campaign creatives.
• Develop content around AI, Robotics, Computer Vision, and Manufacturing solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect technical information and convert it into customer-focused marketing content.
• Maintain consistency in brand communication. 6. Analytics and Reporting
• Monitor website traffic and digital campaign performance.
• Use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to track performance.
• Prepare periodic marketing reports and share insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, website traffic, and lead conversions. 7. Events and Marketing Support
• Support webinars, industry events, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional activities. Required Qualifications and Skills
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Practical knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Email Marketing.
• Experience working with WordPress, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong content writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in B2B, IT, SaaS, AI, Robotics, or Manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
