The team provides end-to-end services including branding and design for logos, brand identity, print, and social creatives. They create video content such as brand films, reels, advertisements, and product shoots to support clients’ marketing goals. The agency also manages social media content and pages, runs Meta and Google ad campaigns focused on generating qualified leads with clear reporting, and builds quick, mobile-friendly websites with enquiry and WhatsApp tracking for measurable results. Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, focusing on local businesses that can benefit from Vector & Voice’s creative and digital services. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation through outbound and inbound channels, qualifying prospects, presenting agency capabilities, and preparing proposals aligned with client needs. The role involves managing client relationships from initial contact through onboarding, collaborating with the creative and digital marketing teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery.



The Business Development Executive will track sales pipelines, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular updates and reports to leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify prospects and convert opportunities into clients.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to nurture client relationships and oversee ongoing engagements.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present services clearly, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or related industries is beneficial.
• Comfort with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and working with targets and KPIs is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site, engage with local businesses, and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage, along with prior experience in client-facing roles.

Salary:
Rs 18,000 to 25,000 per month plus sales incentives.
