Job Overview We are looking for experienced Purchase and Procurement professionals from the Manufacturing industry who want to transition into a consulting-focused role. This opportunity offers exposure to business process transformation and ERP implementation projects across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities across multiple purchase categories.
• Handle procurement of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Spares, Consumables, Fixed Assets, and Services.
• Manage Capex procurement, machinery purchases, freight, job work, and service contracts.
• Drive sourcing activities through RFQ, RFP, rate contracts, and vendor negotiations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers.
• Participate in process improvement and ERP-driven transformation projects.
• Support procurement process standardization and best practice implementation. Desired Profile
• 4-10 years of experience in Purchase or Procurement.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing companies is mandatory.
• Exposure to multiple procurement categories, not just a single category.
• Experience handling strategic sourcing, vendor development, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of Capex procurement and project purchasing.




• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ERP exposure such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Interest in consulting and business transformation projects. Preferred Background Candidates from:
