Key Responsibilities
• Handle civil and commercial litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
• Draft, review and settle pleadings, petitions, applications, written submissions and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, opinions and litigation strategies.
• Appear before courts, tribunals and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
• Coordinate with clients, briefing counsel and internal teams on ongoing matters.
• Monitor case progress, court proceedings, filing deadlines and compliance requirements. Eligibility &

Requirements:
• LL.
B. degree from a recognised university.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting, research and advocacy skills.
• Positive understanding of civil and commercial laws and court procedures.
• Excellent communication, analytical and case management skills.
