Role Description The Trade Fair Part Timer for IMME will support Terracore Technology’s participation in a trade fair event. This is a in office role for the duration of 3 days from 7th December. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with booth setup and teardown, organizing product displays and marketing materials, and welcoming visitors to the booth. The role involves answering basic questions

about the company




’s products and services, collecting visitor information, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. The part timer will also help manage inventory of promotional items, maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the booth, and support administrative tasks such as recording leads and distributing brochures. Qualifications
• Ability to communicate in English clearly and professionally with visitors, customers, and internal team members.
• Customer service orientation, with confidence in greeting attendees and answering general questions.
• Comfort with basic administrative tasks, such as recording visitor details and handling simple documentation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with physical tasks related to booth setup and teardown.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a busy trade fair environment.
• Prior experience in events, exhibitions, sales support, or retail is an advantage but not required.
