Role Description This is a full-time, on-site teaching role based in Karnataka, India. The teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives, using diverse instructional methods to meet the needs of all learners. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in training or career development sessions,



and communicating with parents or guardians about learner progress. The teacher is expected to contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that supports academic and personal growth. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply sound pedagogical principles in the classroom.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, outcome-focused learning experiences.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with learners, colleagues, and parents or guardians clearly and respectfully.
• Relevant academic qualification in Education or a related field; teaching certification or licensure is an advantage.
• Prior classroom teaching or training experience, preferably within school or consultancy settings.
• Ability to manage classrooms, support diverse learners, and use basic educational technology and digital tools.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical and inclusive teaching practices.
