Location:
Remote Lead DevOps Engineer Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong AWS and/or Azure expertise across compute, networking, identity, storage, and containers.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and PowerShell, with working knowledge of AWS CLI.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Harness, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise, including EKS or AKS, Helm, ingress, autoscaling, container registries, and troubleshooting.
• Strong Git proficiency, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.
• Experience integrating source control, code quality,



test coverage, and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, IAM least-privilege reviews, and automated cost controls within delivery pipelines. Junior DevOps Engineer Requirements
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Linux fundamentals.
• Strong AWS experience.
• Valuable understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AWS Lambda.
• Basic Kubernetes (K8s) knowledge.
• Most importantly, a willingness to invest additional effort upfront to learn Harness and Claude Dev Container (AI) capabilities. We will provide the necessary guidance and support to help them ramp up quickly.
