About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Cold Caller with a background in medical billing to join our team. You will make outbound calls, connect with prospects, and represent our services professionally. This is a full-time, work-from-home position.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to prospects and healthcare-related contacts
• Introduce our medical billing services and generate interest
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate call records
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Meet daily and weekly calling targets Requirements




• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound calling
• Experience in medical billing (must have)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
