As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding team members, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and support to ensure they meet performance targets.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvement plans as necessary.
- Develop and maintain training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.




- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
