Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Functional Consultant with 5–10 years of experience in ERP implementation, functional configuration, business process analysis and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage functional activities for D365 F&O; implementations, enhancements and support.
• Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure and support relevant D365 F&O; modules, including:
• Finance: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets and Cash & Bank Management.
• Supply Chain: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Sales & Distribution.
• Conduct functional testing, system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration and system enhancements.
• Support end-to-end business processes, user training and post-go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend business process improvements. Required Skills & Experience
• 5–10 years of relevant ERP functional consulting experience, including hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; experience.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end D365 F&O; implementation.
• Solid functional expertise in D365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, functional configuration and testing.
• Understanding of ERP integrations, data migration and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain Management certification.
• Experience in ERP transformation, migration or global rollout projects.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI and Azure integrations.
