About the Role
We are looking for a creative Marketing Associate – Design to join T-Hub. The role will focus on creating high-quality static and motion content across T-Hub’s campaigns, digital platforms, programmes, and events.

Key Responsibilities
• Create static and motion content for social media, digital campaigns, emailers, presentations, landing pages, and events.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions aligned with T-Hub’s brand and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple creative projects independently from brief to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timelines.
• Use AI-powered tools and efficient design workflows to improve creative productivity and turnaround without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with teams,



incorporate feedback, and contribute fresh creative ideas. What We're Looking For
• Around 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or motion graphics, preferably in an agency, startup, or quick-paced marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; working knowledge of Premiere Pro, InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools; Figma knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to independently execute both static and motion design requirements.
• Relevant degree/diploma or equivalent practical experience.
