Project Manager
- Freeflow Ventures The Opportunity Freeflow Ventures is looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure to ambiguity, translate ideas into executable plans and keep multiple teams aligned around outcomes. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between product thinking, project execution, stakeholder management and operational problem solving. The role will work across Freeflow and selected portfolio or venture-building initiatives, where priorities can change quickly and execution quality matters as much as the plan. Prior experience as a Product Manager in a startup or early-stage startup is a strong plus, particularly if you have worked closely with founders, customers and engineering teams before mature processes or playbooks existed. • Own product and project execution: Translate founder or business priorities into clear scopes, milestones, owners and delivery plans, while keeping teams focused on outcomes rather than activity.
• Shape products from problem to release: Work with users, founders, designers and engineers to define problems, prioritise requirements,



build roadmaps and drive releases from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Run cross-functional initiatives: Coordinate technology, GTM, operations and business teams where dependencies are high, timelines matter and responsibilities are distributed.
• Build clarity in ambiguity: Break broad or poorly defined problems into decisions, hypotheses, experiments and workstreams that can be executed and measured.
• Track performance and unblock delivery: Create operating cadence, identify risks early, resolve bottlenecks and keep stakeholders transparent on progress, trade-offs and next steps.
• Support venture-building work: Help new products, business verticals or portfolio companies move from early idea to MVP, customer feedback, iteration and scale. Who This Is For We care less about the title you currently hold and more about evidence that you have taken ownership of complex work, made trade-offs, coordinated different stakeholders and delivered something tangible. You may come from Product Management, Project Management, Program Management, Founder’s Office, Business Operations or a similar cross-functional role. Strong plus: prior experience working as a Product Manager in a startup or early-stage company,



especially where you worked directly with founders, customers and engineering teams and had to build without a mature playbook. What Matters Here
