Tekla Designer – PEB / Structural SteelLocation: Dakor, Gujarat

Experience:
2–5 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.
Tech in Mechanical Engineering Job ProfileWe are looking for a skilled Tekla Designer with practical experience in the PEB and structural steel fabrication industry. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Tekla Structures and the ability to understand engineering and fabrication drawings.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop accurate 3D structural models using Tekla Structures.
• Read and interpret PEB drawings, GA drawings and structural engineering drawings.
• Prepare detailed fabrication, assembly and erection drawings.
• Generate BOM (Bill of Materials) and material requirements.
• Understand structural steel components, connections, welding and fabrication processes.
• Ensure designs are practical and suitable for actual shop-floor manufacturing.
• Coordinate with production and fabrication teams for drawing clarification and execution.
• Check dimensions,



connections and detailing accuracy before releasing drawings.
• Make necessary modifications as per project requirements. Required Skills
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures and 3D modelling.
• Must have experience in PEB / Structural Steel Fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting PEB fabrication drawings.
• Understanding of structural steel members, connections, bolting and welding details.
• Knowledge of GA drawings, shop drawings, assembly drawings and erection drawings.
• Ability to prepare accurate BOM and material take-offs.
• Understanding of fabrication processes and shop-floor requirements.
