The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing performance marketing for consumer tech companies, with a proven track record of success in channels like Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and CRM.



The candidate should have experience handling significant marketing budgets, leading a team, and be highly self-driven and data-oriented.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and CRM.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, improve ROI, and achieve KPIs.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, design, and analytics to ensure alignment and maximize results.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving targets.

• Expertise in managing digital marketing channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and CRM.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals.
