About the Role
We are looking for a Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Python/Django and Node.js/Express.js to design, build and maintain scalable backend systems for a growing technology platform. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop and maintain robust backend systems and applications
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Work with MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch and RabbitMQ on the database side
• Work with Nginx, Docker and Kubernetes on the server side
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers and stakeholders
• Ensure scalability,

• 3–5 years of hands-on backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django
• Robust proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
• Proven experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases and the tools above (MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Willingness to work onsite in New Delhi
• Immediate availability to join Good to Have
• Experience with MongoDB
