Gupio is hiring an Operations Executive to keep our client sites running to standard every day. You will be on the ground: supervising site staff, closing staffing gaps and reporting issues before they escalate. Salary 3Lpa to 3.5Lpa

ABOUT THE ROLE
You make sure every shift is staffed, SOPs are followed, issues are reported immediately and clients see a reliable presence on site. WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Visit assigned sites daily and verify staff attendance and deployment
• Fill staffing gaps by arranging relievers
• Monitor SOP compliance and service quality
• Report damage, complaints or safety incidents immediately, with photos and details
• Check keys, tags, uniforms and equipment at each site
• Brief and refresh staff on SOPs; support onboarding of new staff
• Submit an end-of-day site report (attendance, issues, incidents, vehicle counts)
• Share accurate attendance and overtime inputs with the Manager/HR on time
• Be present for the client on site, collect feedback and escalate unresolved issues
• Review recurring issues with the Operations Manager WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field operations or site supervision (valet, parking, security,



facility management or similar)
• Fluent English, plus the local language of Chennai (Hindi is mandatory)
• Willing to work at sites, in shifts and in all weather, and to travel locally
• Basic Excel and mobile app skills for reports and attendance
• Explicit, professional communication on calls, WhatsApp, email and in meetings
• Comfortable using AI tools and Google/Microsoft tools for drafting and reporting (a plus)
• Well-groomed, polite and confident with colleagues, vendors and clients THE ATTITUDE THAT WINS HERE
